We are just a three minute drive from junction 32 of the M4 motorway giving us a fast & unparalleled access to all areas of the country. As well as taking care of our more local customers we also provide our services further afield to areas such as Warrington, Reading, Portsmouth, Bristol, Falmouth and Carmarthen. The Company has over 40 years experience in installing, maintaining and monitoring Intruder Alarms, CCTV systems, Fire Alarms and Access Control systems.
When other companies are closing their offices at 5pm we certainly aren’t. Utilising our own CCTV control room we give a genuine 24hr response service to faults. Should any of our customers have a need to call us at any time, they speak immediately to a person who is employed & trained by Western Security Systems. Statistically our customers have their issues resolved on the telephone over 96% of the time.
Unlike a number of our competitors, we have taken the major decision of not using sub-contractors for any of our work at any time. This eradicates any potential for quality control issues and leaves you the customer confident in the knowledge that over the years you will see familiar staff who have a good working knowledge of your system.
Our dedicated team of engineers have vast knowledge and experience of the security industry and also of our customer requirements and needs. All of our engineers are meticulously security screened prior to being employed by the company.
